Cincinnati Window Decor will ship within 24 business hours all RediShade® products; unless, the product is out of stock.  If the product is out of stock you will be notified within 24 business hours.  You will be given an estimated date of arrival of additional stock and may choose to await materials or cancel your order.  All products are first run products in original manufacturer's packaging.  Additional package will be added for safety and security of the product during shipping.

Any damaged or defective materials will be replace.  At the discretion of Cincinnati Window Decor, the damaged or defective product will be sent for with a call tag through UPS or you will be instructed to dispose of the product as you see fit.  No credit for damaged or defective materials will be issued until the product that is returned has been received by Cincinnati Window Decor or UPS claim for refund due to damage has been completed.  Customer accepts responsibility to assist Cincinnati Window Decor in all efforts to return damaged or defective materials; unless, the customer has written permission to dispose of the product as they see fit.

Any materials that are refused or rejected will remain on your credit card as purchased materials until their disposition has been determined by Cincinnati Window Decor.  Cincinnati Window Decor will have the right to charge the full price for any refused or rejected materials that are returned in any way damaged and for all freight to and from the customers ship to address.
